Wall Street Rush (“we”, “us”) is a simulated trading game — no real money is involved. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights.
Account data: the email address and trader handle you provide when you register, plus a password you choose during the invite/registration flow.
Game data: your cash and portfolio balances, open and closed trades, battle/duel records, daily-contract progress, achievements, leaderboard placement, and ELO rating.
Usage data: device identifiers, approximate location, app version, and crash/analytics events used to keep the service stable and secure.
We do NOT process real-money payments, connect to real brokerage accounts, or store banking card details. All balances and trades are simulated.
To operate the simulator: compute live portfolio values, resolve duels, assign daily contracts, and rank the monthly leaderboard.
To authenticate you, keep your session secure, and enforce the trader-handle uniqueness and bankruptcy rules described in-game.
To detect cheating, fraud, or abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.
To send service notifications (for example, a monthly cycle reset) where you have opted in.
We process your data on the basis of contract performance (running the game you signed up for), legitimate interests (security and fraud prevention), and your consent where applicable.
You may withdraw consent or object to processing at any time by contacting us using the details below.
We share data only with hosting, database, and analytics providers that support the app, under data-processing agreements.
Market price data is retrieved from third-party financial-data feeds solely to simulate quotes; those providers do not receive your personal data from us.
We never sell your personal data.
We may disclose data to authorities where required by law.
Active account data is kept while your account exists.
You may request deletion at any time via https://wallstreetrush.online/delete-account or by emailing bullygames.help@gmail.com; we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
Leaderboard and champion records may be retained in anonymised form for historical display.
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.
Right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (for UK residents: the ICO; for EU residents: your national DPA).

Wall Street Rush is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country). We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has registered, contact us and we will delete the account.
Passwords are hashed, access tokens are short-lived, and traffic is encrypted in transit. No method is perfectly secure, but we apply industry-standard safeguards.
Your data may be processed on servers outside your country. Where this occurs, we rely on suitable safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
We may update this policy. The 'last updated' date below will change. Material changes will be highlighted in-app where practicable.
