By registering an account, claiming your stake, or otherwise using Wall Street Rush, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. The 'last updated' date below reflects the current version.

Wall Street Rush is a free-to-play simulated trading game. All balances, trades, positions, duels, and leaderboard outcomes are fictional.

No real money, real securities, real brokerage accounts, or real financial instruments are involved. Market prices are fetched from third-party feeds solely to simulate quotes and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

Nothing in the app is financial advice, a recommendation, or an offer to trade any real asset.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to register.

The app is not directed at children below that age, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Trader handles are unique and must be 2–12 characters. We may reject or rename handles that are offensive, impersonating, or reserved.

You may hold one active account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate the leaderboard, duels, or Underground rooms may result in suspension.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

The game runs on a monthly cycle. Starting stake, bankruptcy thresholds, duels, contracts, and Underground rules are described in-app and may change between cycles.

Exploiting bugs, using automation/scripts to manipulate prices or outcomes, or otherwise gaining an unfair advantage is prohibited.

We reserve the right to void trades, reset balances, or remove leaderboard entries obtained through abuse.

Underground rooms are private, invite-based lobbies with isolated portfolios. Room codes are shared at your own risk; anyone with a code may join.

Hosts may cancel (OPEN) or end (ACTIVE) matches. Participants may forfeit; forfeiting may result in a last-place final rank.

We are not responsible for disputes between players in private rooms.

The app, its name, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive no rights except a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the app.

You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the app without permission.

You agree not to misuse the service, including transmitting unlawful, harmful, or harassing content, interfering with the service, or attempting to access data you are not authorised to see.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate data.

Market price data is fetched from third-party feeds and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We are not liable for any reliance on simulated prices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Because no real money is involved, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You may request deletion of your account and personal data at https://wallstreetrush.online/delete-account or by emailing bullygames.help@gmail.com.

We will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required. See our Privacy Policy for details.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights.

We may update these Terms. The 'last updated' date below will change. Material changes will be highlighted in-app where practicable.
